Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing pikastream.org or using the PikaStream communication tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services and should disconnect all AI agents from our API.

2. User Accounts

To use PikaStream AI, you must maintain an active developer account with Pika Labs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and for all activities that occur under your credentials. Unauthorized sharing of developer resources is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Fees

Participation in video meetings via PikaStream AI is billed on a per-minute basis as specified in our pricing documentation. By deploying an agent into a call, you authorize the deduction of appropriate fees from your developer account balance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to deploy AI agents for harmful, deceptive, or illegal purposes. This includes using AI to impersonate individuals without consent, bypass security measures of meeting platforms, or process sensitive information in violation of privacy laws.

Governance

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the professional and digital environment of developer services. PikaStream AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect advancements in technology or changes in regulatory requirements.
